The Soleimani Strike: The Military & President Trump Need Our Support Now More Than Ever

Just a few days ago, President Trump took decisive action as Commander-in-chief to neutralize Iranian General Qasem Soleimani. The Iranian General was the leader of an Iranian military installation that is considered by the United States to be a terrorist organization. Soleimani is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans over the last several years. Yet, in the hours following the drone strike that killed General Soleimani, the radical Democrats in Congress were quick to criticize the decisive action taken by our military and President Trump. .

Just the other night, we all sat and watched reports begin to come in that Iran had retaliated against American forces stationed in Iraq. Thankfully, not a single American life was lost in this attack.

The idea that Democrats would criticize the lawful killing of a known terrorist shows just how radical the Democrats in Congress have become. If you listen to Democrats in Congress talk about the Soleimani incident, you would think that Iran and its aggression would be a high priority for them, but this isn't the case. After eight years of controlling the White House and several years of controlling both the White House and Congress, the only action taken by the Democrats to stand up to Iran was the failed Iran Nuclear Agreement (JCPOA). The JCPOA gave Iran millions of dollars in cash and concessions that allowed for potentially devastating nuclear consequences. It is obvious that the outcry towards the killing of Soleimani by Democrats in Congress has the sole intention of politically damaging President Trump. Yet, with one drone strike, President Trump has done more to deter Iranian aggression than the Democrats have done in the last decade.

Where does Congressman Cartwright stand on the issue of Iran? With the Democratic shills of the Pelosi Machine, of course. Congressman Cartwright has refused to come out in support of our military following the killing of Soleimani and voted in favor of the failed Iran Nuclear Agreement. After the attacks on our military installations in Iraq the other night, Congressman Cartwright again refused to take a stance on Iranian hostility.

With all of the hate spewing from the mouths of Democratic members of Congress towards the Soleimani strike, our military and President Trump need our support now more than ever.
